Our food is freshly prepared each day and although it is a mainly vegetarian menu, we do cater for non-vegetarians too. We aim to provide healthy, nutritious range of food all served buffet style so you can ‘fill up’ or ‘cut down’.

Breakfast is a self serve range of cereal, yogurt, bread and fruit. Eggs and cheese are provided for those who want to cook a hot breakfast. Lunch is a variety of healthy salads, cheeses and cold meats for the non-vegetarians. The evening meal is served buffet style on the balcony with hot food and a range of tasty dishes from locally sourced ingredients.

All soft drinks are provided. Many of our clients come to detox and we really want to support them so we ask that alcohol is not consumed at the villa.

Ayurvedic Food

Ayurveda is the ancient medical system of India. It offers one of the fastest paths to health. The benefits are also seen in your mental and emotional wellbeing. This holistic approach to health allows you to become a balanced, vital, happy person with the least amount of effort.

Ayurveda teaches us to let food be our medicine, as all the spices have medicinal properties. The food is prepared in a way to enhance the fire of digestion. Everything needs to be prepared fresh so there is vitality in the food, not the dead, empty calories we pretend is nutrition here in the West.

Breakfast always included fresh, exotic fruits, different grains, fresh juice and hot tea.
In the Ayurvedic system, all tastes – sweet, salty, bitter, sour, pungent and astringent – are honored and included in every meal. Meals are designed around these six tastes in order to prevent cravings and insure satisfaction and balance.
