What to expect on a Clear Mind Yoga Retreat:

7.30am
Morning Yoga (2-3hrs) usually outside to enjoy the scenery

10.30am
Healthy self-serve breakfast

11.30am
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday – Private 1:1 coaching workshops

1pm
Healthy lunch

6pm
Outdoor Evening Yoga (1hr)

7:30pm
Candlelit dinner on the balcony

If you would like to benefit from a massage during your stay we can organise this for you.

Please note that on Wednesday there is no evening yoga class and our chef takes the evening off, allowing you time for site-seeing, or enjoying a meal together in one of the many lovely local restaurants.
